You know what I mean, you sit down for just a moment, pull out your phone, and three hours later look up, wondering where all that time went. I’ll confess, I used to allow Candy Crush to suck my time in giant gulps. We’re all susceptible to time suck, but a few years ago I discovered how to combat it.
The five goal-setting hacks I share in today’s podcast will help you on your way to setting meaningful long-term goals. Once you set meaningful long-term goals, it’s easier to avoid the time-suck of distractions. Don’t expect to change overnight, but get yourself started in the right direction.
