I know, it’s scarcely fall and I’m talking about how to avoid winter weight gain. But if we don’t start planning and thinking now, we’ll find ourselves five, ten, or fifteen pounds heavier without even trying. Good health requires intentional planning. Here’s how.
Should You be Worried about Winter Weight Gain?
Worried about winter weight gain? Don’t be. Well, I should specify. Don’t be worried about it if you have a plan in place. I’ve also discovered that when I have a plan, I can easily avoid gaining weight over the winter, even if I eat a little more sugar than normal. When I don’t have a plan for staying healthy, my mind becomes my biggest enemy and, you guessed it, I end up acting and eating in unhealthy ways.
Learn five hacks for helping you avoid unwanted pounds and use your mind as a powerful tool to encourage yourself and help yourself make better choices.
