It might surprise you to find out that writers and creatives need to pay special attention to their self-care routines, especially if they’re juggling their creative endeavors with a full-time job, family, or other important relationships. It makes sense though. I’m probably not the only one that has gone into a creative marathon in order to meet a deadline (or just follow my muse), and found myself feeling completely uncreative the following day.
