What Does Every Child Need to Hear?

You don’t have to download a list of fifty affirmations and schedule them into your conversations with your children. Although, that would be nice if we had the time. As an educator, I see over and over again the results of NOT telling your kids the one thing they need to hear.

Poor grades. Lake of motivation. Depression. Problems relating to other students and or teachers. Failure to live up to intelligence. Violence.

How can we as parents and adults help children avoid these things? A three-word sentence will do the trick. But before we can say it, we may need to work on our own inner thoughts and dialogues. Today’s podcast will show you what to say, and how to say it.
