The Slow Road to Better Physical Health

Trust me, I know all about the slow, winding road to better physical health. I didn’t grow up playing sports or having an interest in athletics. Although I played outside a lot as a kid, rode my horse all the time, and started jogging as a teen, no one would ever accuse me of look athletic. I enjoyed decent health all the way through having two kids.

In my early 30s, I started falling asleep all the time, gained weight, and couldn’t get warm. My doctor diagnosed me with low thyroid. The medication helped, but I still struggled with my weight and managing all the things a young mom and full-time teacher has to cope with. When my husband got cancer in our mid-30s, my almost non-existent self-care routines ground to a half.

And I paid for it dearly over the next decade. You don’t have to make the same mistakes I made. Your road to better physical health can start now with these six easy hacks.
