These five small self-care hacks can help you improve your health today so you’ll have more tomorrows. They may seem small, but they’re mighty!
Want to Improve Your Health Today?
We’ve all let ourselves get worn-out, run-down, out-of-shape, and fluffy. Life happens. Sometimes, the road back to health seems impossible. When I weighed 190 pounds, I didn’t think I would ever regain my health. My destiny seemed frumpy, fluffy, and just a little bit hopeless. I hadn’t overeaten to put on all that weight, and I had no idea how to make it go away.
But I saw a photo of myself and didn’t recognize the woman in the photo. I didn’t want to be that woman, and I knew I had to change. My health transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took years. Some years I act in more healthy ways than other years. But I am no longer that sad-looking woman in the photo. I’ve gone from hating exercise to loving it. Not all forms of exercise, but I’ve discovered what forms of exercise I love (running, hiking, mountain biking) and which ones I tolerate because I know I need them (HIIT workouts and body-weight exercises).
My journey didn’t start with exercise, though. It started with five simple hacks. If I can do it, you can, too! Choose just one hack and improve your health today so you can have more tomorrows.

Hi Anita.
You had me with the first hack. I’m not a soda drinker but my mom has been addicted to Pepsi since I was a little girl. Oh, my goodness! This was such interesting and helpful information.
Have a blessed day!
Sincerely,
Tammy
