Atomic Habits was a book I enjoyed and learned a lot from. We do forget how much energy it takes to learn a new habit. But over time they become automatic.
When I was teaching my son how to drive, he used to say, “Mom, try and relax.” But I wasn’t unclenching my hands from the door rest.
