  1. Atomic Habits was a book I enjoyed and learned a lot from. We do forget how much energy it takes to learn a new habit. But over time they become automatic.

    When I was teaching my son how to drive, he used to say, “Mom, try and relax.” But I wasn’t unclenching my hands from the door rest.

  2. I stopped making resolutions long ago. Now I enroll in a Lesson-like Class God signs me up for – and I spend time focusing on what He wants me to learn! Thank you for all your encouragement! Wishing you and yours a blessed, Merry Christmas
